Order Submission

Placing a Customization Order
Ordering a customized decoration on our website is simple. Start by navigating to the product you want to customize and select the "Customized" tab on the product page. Then, enter the desired quantity. Follow the on-screen instructions to select decoration locations, upload your artwork, and submit your order.

Artwork Requirements
To ensure the fastest production, we recommend submitting artwork in vector format with all fonts converted to outlines. Accepted vector file formats include SVG, EPS, PDF, and AI. If submitting raster files, we accept PNG format. Please note that submitting other formats may cause delays as our Art Department will need to prepare the files for production, and additional fees may apply. We do not accept Word files, CorelDraw files, or ZIP files for artwork submissions.

Art Handling Fees
If your order requires artwork adjustments or preparation, an Art Handling Fee will be applied for each decoration location. Our team will send you proofs for approval of any necessary changes before production begins.

Artwork Sizing
Artwork will be resized to fit the maximum available imprint area unless specified otherwise in the Purchase Order (for email submissions) or in the Art Notes (for web orders).

Submitting Artwork
To avoid delays, please submit your artwork along with your order. Ensure the subject line of your email includes the order number and any relevant details to facilitate accurate processing. Orders without a correct order number will be rejected. We also recommend including a mock-up of the artwork on the item for reference, as we cannot be held responsible for errors otherwise. If you have any questions or concerns regarding artwork submissions, please feel free to contact us.
