Returns and Exchanges
We do not process returns or exchanges on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. We recommend inspecting your garments prior to decoration. All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise. Exchanges will not be accepted without a valid exchange authorization number.
Returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to both outbound and return shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is liable for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are service fees charged by the postal office for delivery.
We do not provide cash refunds. However, we offer a replacement option if items received are incorrect, missing, or damaged. Please note that replacement orders will include the same items as your original order and we are unable to accommodate style, color, or size exchanges through replacement orders.
Exchange Policy
Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Personalized or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure the returned merchandise is in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.
Exchanging an Item
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or color, please initiate a return/claim request and provide your order number. Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and additional shipping or restocking fees may apply.
To expedite the exchange process, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original purchase. This ensures prompt delivery of the replacement item, and avoids the risk of it becoming unavailable.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method, less shipping costs. Please note that credit card fees may apply. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, the refund may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
Customized Items
Customized items are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges once the virtual sample has been approved. However, you may cancel your custom order and receive a refund before approving the mock-up. Please note that credit card fees may apply.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so immediately after making the purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once the order is placed, it is processed and shipped directly. Cancellations can only be accepted if we intercept the package before it is processed for shipping. Please be aware that credit card fees and restocking fees may apply in these cases.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
365Customize is not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by the courier service. If you experience issues with your shipment, please initiate a claim so we can investigate the matter with the courier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure to keep your postage receipt in the event your package does not reach us.
