- We do not process returns for exchange on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Tip: Inspect your garments before decorating them.
- You must make all claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
- Without a valid exchange authorization number, our office will not accept exchanges.
- All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to both outbound and return freight costs.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not refund shipping cost, shipping cost are service by the postal office to deliver the item to you.
- We do not provide cash refunds.
- We do offer a replacement option if the items that you have received on your original order are incorrect, missing or damaged. Requesting a replacement will initiate a replacement order that will include the same items as your original order. Please note, we are not able to accommodate any style, color, size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order.
What is your policy?
Our primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return to exchange the items within 7 days of the delivery date for a exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, the item(s) must be in their original packaging and should be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Please note that sale products and personalized items cannot be returned for exchange. We kindly ask that you return the merchandise in the same condition as it was received, with all hand tags attached.
How do I exchange an item?
In case the item/items you received are not suitable for you and you wish to exchange them for a different item or color, you can initiate a return/claim request. Kindly provide the order number for the replacement. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges, and there might be applicable original shipping and restocking fees.
To expedite the product exchange process, we recommend placing a fresh order while returning the original purchase. This approach guarantees a swift delivery of your new item and eliminates the risk of it becoming unavailable.
What is your refund policy?
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase and require a refund, subject to acceptance, we will issue a refund to the original payment method less the shipping cost and credit card fees may apply. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in 5-7 business days.
Can I Return/Cancel a Customized/Personalized item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, cancelations, or exchanges for personalized merchandise once the virtual sample has been approved. However, you have the option to cancel your custom order and receive a refund before approving the mock-up. Please note that credit card fees may apply.Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so immediately after making the purchase. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation. Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our office for processing and shipping. We can only cancel your order if we are able to intercept your package. Please note that there may be credit card fees and restocking fees applied in such cases.
Courier lost/delayed my package! What should i do?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a potential issue with your shipment. Please be aware that 365Customize is not liable for any errors made by the shipping courier, such as delays or lost packages. However, we are here to assist you. Kindly initiate a claim so that we can investigate the matter with the courier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember to keep your postage receipt, in the event your package does not reach us.
