Return & Refund Policies:
- We do not process returns or exchanges on made-to-order items, including printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. We recommend inspecting your garments before decoration.
- Claims for shortages or damages must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
- Exchanges will not be accepted without a valid exchange authorization number.
- Returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to both outbound and return shipping costs.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer will be liable for any loss in value.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are service fees charged by the postal service for delivery.
- We offer replacement orders if the items received are incorrect, missing, or damaged. Please note that replacement orders will include the same items as the original order, and we cannot accommodate requests for style, color, or size swaps.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations can be requested within 1 hour of purchase. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding a 20% restocking fee to cover transaction and processing costs. Please allow a few days for the refund to process.
Turnaround Policies:
- Our standard turnaround time is estimated at 4-10 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and not guaranteed. For current turnaround times, please contact us directly. We are not responsible for variations in turnaround time.
Shipping Policies:
- We ship via USPS. You can check transit times using the USPS shipping map. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays or errors caused by the courier, including weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping time is not included in our turnaround time.
- Shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility and will be added to the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon prior to order placement.
- We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses or lost packages if the address provided is incorrect.
Design Guidelines:
Please ensure that your submitted design does not include any prohibited content, as we may not be able to process your order:

Unauthorized Content:
- Trademarks, logos, brand names, or other intellectual property belonging to third parties.
- Names, portraits, or photographs of celebrities, entertainers, or famous individuals.
- Identifiable photographs of individuals without consent.

Inappropriate Content:
- Indecent or vulgar language or images.
- Content that causes discomfort, anxiety, or reputational harm.
- Antisocial, political, or offensive content.
Digital Mock-ups:
- Digital mock-ups are computer-generated images designed to simulate how your print will appear on the selected garment. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the mock-up and final product. Color variations are possible, as mock-up colors are estimates.
- The customer must approve the digital mock-up before production begins. Approval of the mock-up signifies an official agreement to proceed with the order.
Custom Order Artwork:
- Custom order artwork must be approved via a digital mock-up. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the spelling, colors, sizes, and placement of artwork for accuracy.
- We are not responsible for errors not identified before artwork approval. Requests for changes after approval may result in delays and additional costs.
- Any delays in the approval process exceeding 24 hours may result in production delays.
Printing Method:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate product for their order. We are not liable for any issues related to product selection or the garments themselves, as we are solely a printing company and have no control over the blank items.
