Return & Refund Policies:

  • We do not process returns. All items are made to order, please contact us if there is any questions or concerns.
  • We do not process returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Tip: Inspect your garments before decorating them.
  • You must make all claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
  • Without a valid exchange authorization number, our office will not accept exchanges.
  • All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to both outbound and return freight costs.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not refund shipping cost, shipping cost are service by the postal office to deliver the item to you.
  • We do offer a replacement option if the items that you have received on your original order are incorrect, missing or damaged. Requesting a replacement will initiate a replacement order that will include the same items as your original order. Please note, we are not able to accommodate any style, color, size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order.

Cancellations:

  • Request a cancellation: within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Payment will be refunded on your original payment method by excluding 20% restocking fee of the product price for a transaction cost and processing fee. Please allow few days for the refund to process on your Bank.

Turnaround Policies:

Standard Turnaround time is estimated at 4-10 business days. Standard turnaround ship dates are not guaranteed, and the 4-10 day estimate is not guaranteed in any way. Please contact 365Customize for current, adjusted turnaround time estimations. 365Customize will not be held liable for any variations in actual turnaround time with Standard Turnaround.

Shipping Policies:

We ship via USPS. To view normal transit times, see USPS shipping map. A tracking number will be sent to you shortly after your order has left our facility. 365Customize will not be responsible for shipping transit complications for any reason such as errors, weather, strikes, or otherwise. Shipping time is not included in our turnaround times. Shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the client and will be added to your invoice unless otherwise agreed upon prior to your order. Shipping costs are not normally included on quotes. 365Customize assumes no responsibility for goods once they have left our facility. We will not be responsible for shipping to a wrong address or lost package if it was listed on your invoice.

Design Guidelines:

Please make sure that your submitted design does not include the following prohibited content. We may not be able to accept orders depending on your design.

Unauthorized contents that infringe on third party rights:

  • Legal Disclaimer: Our company provides blank as well as customization services. All artwork is produced and/or provided by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that their artwork is within all legal parameters. We hold no liability in regards to trademarks, copyrights or any IP rights while printing any artwork provided by our customers. 
  • Names, portraits, photographs, and/or other contents of celebrities, entertainers, and famous characters
  • Photographs of other individuals (person identifiable)
  • Names, brand names, logos, and/or other contents which express famous companies and famous brands

Inappropriate, immoral content:

  • Indecent or vulgar language or content.
  • Content that causes disgust, discomfort, or anxiety
  • Content that damages the reputation or could cause other harm to a third party.
  • Antisocial content.
  • Political content.
  • Other content that we deem to be inappropriate.

Digital Mock-up:

Digital Mock-ups are computer-generated pieces of art designed to emulate how a customer’s print might look on the selected garment. 365Customize is not responsible for any misunderstanding regarding digital mock-up. All blank colors in a Digital mock-up are merely estimations and 365Customize is not responsible for any discrepancy between the material colors in a mock-up and the blank or ink colors in the finished product. When a digital mock-up is completed it will be sent to the customer for approval. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges that approval of a digital mock-up is considered an official agreement with 365Customize

Custom Order Artwork:

Custom order artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the mock-up, as this is how your garments will print. 365Customize will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and additional expenses for which the client will be invoiced accordingly. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mock-up can/will result in production delays.

Printing Method:

It is the customer’s responsibility to select a product for their order. 365Customize is not responsible for any potential problems or unsatisfactory outcomes related to product selection. Additionally, 365Customize is not responsible for any issues related to the garments themselves. 365Customize is solely a printing company and has no relation to any blank manufacturer.

Policies:

Print Policies & Guidelines may also be referred to as Terms & Conditions and vice-versa. 365Customize reserves the right to change its Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
